This is the 8th edition of the European Business Awards that started with the participation of approximately 24.000 companies from 33 European countries; 709 companies have been selected as National Champions, moving on to the second phase of the competition.

‘The history of AUSA is defined under the word “work” and now we can see the results of this recognition. The next round will be very important and difficult to pass, so we have to keep working hard and show in the best possible way our achieved success through the video we are working on. It will not be easy but we will put in all our knowledge and professionalism’, says Paco Pérez-Salinas, AUSA Group Commercial Director.

Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards stated: “Congratulations to AUSA, it is a great achievement to be chosen as National Champion and we wish you luck in the next stage. The European Business Awards is being reinforced every day, inspiring businesses to greater success and helping to improve the competitiveness of companies all over Europe.”

Jean Stephens, CEO of RSM International, stated: “Every year this competition gets tougher and more competitive as more companies, of various sizes and all sectors, chose to compete in this prestigious competition.  With the increased number of entries and countries, this year seems to become the toughest.  It will be exciting to watch as we move through to the next round.”

A judging panel formed by European business leaders, academics and entrepreneurs will view the National Champions’ videos. The winner will receive the coveted ‘Ruban d’Honneur’ status. Ruban d’Honneur recipients will then go on to the grand-final of 2015. All National Champions will also take part in a public vote to decide who will be the ‘Public Champion’ for each country. Last year over 93.000 votes were achieved!
