Whether standard or customized – Benninghoven asphalt mixing plants come with a vast range of equipment options. An ideal solution can be found to cater each and every market requirement. Whether road-mobile, transportable or stationary, with capacities ranging from 80 - 400 t/h – one thing never changes: Benninghoven plants stand for optimum mixture quality. While road-mobile and semi-mobile plants are usually used in areas with a less-developed infrastructure, high-performance stationary plants are normally popular in conurbations. Benninghoven provides flexible solutions for reliable and economic use.

Flexible solutions

With its road-mobile Type MBA plant, Benninghoven can offer an intelligent conceptual design for flexible and effective job-site processing. The plant can be assembled in a matter of days to be ready for use at another location, eliminating prohibitive crane and transport costs. All sections of an asphalt mixing plant can be fully assembled, pre-cabled and pre-piped before leaving the factory, which greatly simplifies subsequent handling. Available with capacities from 80 to 240 t/h, this concept permits customers to put their plant into operation autonomously, using their own operating personnel.

The Benninghoven asphalt mixing plants TBA and ECO cover the production ranges of 160, 240 and 320 t/h. Ideal for semi-mobile application, these transportable plants are also suitable for stationary operation. A key aspect of ECO asphalt mixing plants is the design of their main components with ISO container dimensions and plug-in cabling. Their construction to standard dimensions offers ideal transport options and reduces the assembly time.

The Type BA stationary plants are the flagship of Benninghoven’s product range, with a plant production of up to 400 t/h. Expandable components are used when setting up the stationary plants and are assembled individually in accordance with customer wishes. Detailed planning by the operators and Benninghoven's advisory team delivers technically mature, high-performance plants.

A driver of innovation in the field of burners, Benninghoven is also the technological leader in combustion technology and a trusted expert in the mixing plant retrofit market.
