Quality “Made in Goldenstedt" also excels in the lower segment of the manure and universal spreaders. This is shown by our high user satisfaction, from those who call a spreader like the M / TSW 2120 their own.

They rely primarily on the reliability and robustness of the individual components that guarantee smooth operation even under difficult conditions. Because BERGMANN has many of the individual components in use in their manure spreaders and universal spreaders up to a gross weight of 34 t.

Even when the M / TSW 2120 models cover mid-sized spreading operations as single or tandem axle with a gross weight of 8-12 t, they can also be used in joint operations and thereby serve in the professional league like big brothers and sisters.

The modern design fits perfectly with the current range of agricultural machines and is paired with a high degree of functionality: The self-supporting full-steel conical bin is fully welded and shaped conically, so that the hydraulically driven scraper floor can easily pull the load to the milling unit. The speed of the conveyor floor is controlled by the oil flow, this ensures optimal adaptation to the desired spreading pattern. This was put through its paces by the DLG focus test and certified excellent with the DLG seal.

The full-steel bin is designed to be self-supporting, this means the need for a chassis frame has been completely eliminated. This has the advantage that there is no possibility of manure and dirt deposit. This makes cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle easy and requires only a minimal time commitment. This from satisfied customers. The standard chassis cover of the tandem variant also contributes significantly to the quick cleaning of the vehicle, since axles and brakes can not be soiled from above.

The capacity, with a maximum internal width of 1.8 m and side walls, is a maximum of 11.0 m³ (including wall extensions). The four steelrollerchains (each 14 x  50 mm) of the scraper floor have a total tensile strength of 100 t. More than large enough, and they are used in all BERGMANN spreaders of this class. Maintaining the correct chain tension is accomplished with four strong, front-mounted springs, which are controlled from the tractor seat and adjustable from the front end. Making adjustments under the cargo floor is a thing of the past.

The spreaders can be equipped according to customer requirements. as overrun braked vehicle with convenient auto-reverse or with a dual-circuit brake system. Here both high drawbar and low drawbar hitches are available. Unique in this class is the drawbar suspension, which is standard with the overrun system.

The high variability of the equipment options for the M / TSW 2120 can also be booked for an existing spreader unit. Two milling unit variations are available on the M types, each with four vertical rollers, on which aggressive tines finely mill and distribute the material over a wide area. They are powered directly by a low-maintenance shaft from the tractor's PTO shaft. A cam clutch protects against overload and foreign objects. The 2120 is alternatively available as a universal spreader with a disk spreader unit and two horizontal milling rollers. These TSW features can be upgraded with high-strength steel elements depending on application of the wear elements.

Like his big brothers from the BERGMANN spreader range, the M / TSW 2120 can be equipped with various hydraulic and electro-hydraulic controls. Depending on the customer's requirement, these spreaders can master any conditions.

The spreader has proven its performance capabilities in numerous practical trials and a thorough testing phase. Both the four-roller vertical spreading unit with 1.4 m spreader throughput and the disk spreading unit were successfully tested by the DLG in the focus test and passed with flying colours.

This manure spreader will be shown as a tandem trailer at AGRITECHNICA. The four tires size 710/35 R22,5 are the widest that are currently available for these machines. They guarantee high lateral stability, especially on slopes, and extreme ground protecting pressure distribution. So these spreaders can also be used on less sturdy or sensitive soil conditions.
