Fliegl is once again expanding its range of saws: after “Freddie” with one saw blade, the “Woodking Classic” with three and the “Woodking High” with four saw blades, the Agro-Center now presents the “Woodking Slim Complete”, based on proven technology but designed with a particularly flat saw head.

The new saw plays its trump cards especially when cutting horizontally: cut branches are immediately removed from the working area of the saw as they can pass through the flat saw head unhindered. Any remaining material left could lead to blockages. The flat support has a positive effect on the weight and widens the field of vision to the saw so that the user can immediately detect and react to any faults.

The new “Woodking Slim Complete” is equipped with three large, special hard metal saw blades, which guarantee a clean, straight cut of woods of up to approx. 280 mm in diameter on approx. 2100 mm width. The blade diameter is 700 mm, the 60 hard metal (Widia) teeth on each blade work so precisely that the attachment is also suitable for fine work such as the cutting of shrubs and scrub. A working speed of up to 8 km/h is possible. Thanks to its V-belt drive, the saw runs very quietly. It can be attached to front, wheel and telescopic loaders.

The standard equipment of the “Woodking Slim Complete” includes:

• A hoop guard prevents damage due to ground contact at low working height.

• With the 1200 mm lateral extension, the carrier vehicle can drive along the roadside while the saw cuts next to the road - at a safe distance from the driver's cab.

• A counterweight balances unilateral loads of the loader swing arm. It is automatically unfolded to the side as the saw moves outwards. This function can easily be deactivated via the shut-off valve, if - for example on slopes - no counterweight is required.

• The stepless tilt function with a maximum tilt angle of 111° allows vertical and horizontal cutting at any angle; a useful feature, especially when used on slopes.

• An electrical control block allows parallel use of all functions.

Optionally, the Agro-Center offers the “Woodking Slim Complete” including speed monitoring, which immediately transmits a signal to the driver's cab in the event of a fault and with a compression spring overload protection when the saw blades are started.

Fliegl has developed the lightweight, compact “Woodking Slim Complete” in dialogue with users whose practical experience has been incorporated into the design of the flat saw head.
