The BEUMER BS-25 E-Tray Sorter is an electronic tilt tray sorter capable of high speed and dynamic tilting. Perfect for a wide range of applications from unit sortation of apparel to pharmaceuticals to e-commerce and department store products, as well as for high volume shipping sortation of large retail boxes and small flat poly bags for e-commerce all on the same system. Items are inducted manually or automatically onto individual wooden trays, which travel at high speed within a loop to destinations where the trays tilt to discharge product gently and precisely into destination chutes. The BEUMER BS 25 E-Tilt consists of individual motor-driven tilt elements which ensure a controlled discharge of the sorter goods to both sides of the sorter. The tilting motion of the tray is independent of the sorter, and can bank in curves allowing for higher sorter speeds while maintaining product accuracy.
