BKT showpieces at bauma 2016 too good to miss

The BKT tires Airomax AM 27, Earthmax SR 41, Earthmax SR 47, Earthmax SR 53 and Earthmax SR 22, will be back in perfect shape on the international stage at BAUMA 2016, a must event for professionals and operators in the sector of earthmoving, construction, industrial, and mining vehicles and machinery.

Greatly appreciated in the last edition, AIROMAX AM 27 will be exposed, this year as well, in size 445/95 R 25 at the BKT stand. Designed for on- and off-the-road cranes at high speeds, this tire ensures excellent traction and perfect maneuverability, both on roads and motorways, and on rough and irregular construction site terrains. Thanks to its particularly strong compound, this tire offers maximum cut resistance and is able to greatly dissipate the heat generated during operations.

Not to be missed at BAUMA some flagships of the Earthmax tire lineup including two tires that have just been launched on the market.

Earthmax SR 47 is a tire designed for rigid dumpers operating under harshest conditions as in rock quarries that will be displayed in size 24.00 R 35 at BAUMA. The tire features an All Steel casing with multi-layer steel belts ensuring resistance, durability and stability.

Earthmax SR 53, engineered in 2015 for loaders and dozers operating in extremely rocky conditions, as you can find in mines, caves and on construction sites, will be displayed at the trade fair in Munich in size 23.5 R 25. Its special cut-resistant compound makes this tire particularly durable and efficient, while the special tread design reduces the possibility of stones or foreign matters being trapped in the tire.

To complete the lineup, the tires Earthmax SR 41 and Earthmax SR 22 will also be on display. The first, displayed in size 29.5 R 25 and specially designed for articulated dumpers, features a deep tread with reinforced connection elements to ensure maximum stability and traction. The tire is available in two versions: a “cut resistant” compound for rough and uneven terrains or a “standard” compound for mixed usage applications.

The second tire, showcased in size 20.5 R 25, is a tough tire for loaders and motor graders operating on snowy terrains. Its wide footprint ensures excellent performance in snow clearing operations, while the combined action of compound, special tread design and grooves, provides excellent traction and grip on snowy surfaces.

In addition to these five showpieces, epitomizing the proven success of the OTR tire lineup, also four 2016 product novelties will be on display: Earthmax SR 31 (size 23.5 R 25), Portmax PM 90 (size 18.00 R 25), Portmax PM 93 (size 16.00 R 25) and Liftmax LM 81 (size 7.50 R 15).

The fifth product novelty in the spotlight at BAUMA 2016, displayed in the external tradeshow area, is a real eye-catcher: the brand new mammoth of the Earthmax lineup, the impressive Giant tire, Earthmax SR 45 Plus.
