Fliegl Grünlandtechnik introduces the CARGOCUT 24, a short-cut unit designed for precise and efficient forage harvesting.
-
The unit features 63 double-sided knives and nine durable tine rows, ensuring a consistent 24 mm cut length and optimal material flow.
-
Its helical tine alignment and 860 mm rotor diameter provide gentle crop handling, smooth operation, and enhanced safety.
-
The modular Mix & Match system allows flexible configuration to meet specific needs, maximizing forage quality and cost-effectiveness.
With the new CARGOCUT 24, we at Fliegl Grünlandtechnik present a short-cut unit that perfectly combines efficiency, forage quality, and cost-effectiveness. Developed for the highest demands in the harvesting chain, it guarantees consistently precise cutting quality with optimal material flow.
63 double-sided knives with a material thickness of 5 mm ensure a theoretical cut length of only 24 mm – ideal for precise and homogeneous forage processing. Nine tine rows made of special steel not only provide extreme durability but also ensure reliable pickup and optimal transfer of the forage.

The specially helical alignment of the tines gently guides the crop flow into the wagon interior, making the process particularly gentle on the forage. With a rotor diameter of 860 mm, the CARGOCUT 24 short-cut unit also impresses with extremely smooth running, minimized load peaks, and maximum operational safety.
Thanks to the innovative Mix & Match system, all CARGOS options are modular, freely combinable, and individually configurable. This allows the CARGOCUT 24 short-cut unit to be flexibly combined with other features and adapted to your specific requirements – for maximum forage quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability, making it the optimal solution for any application.
CARGOCUT 24 – for all those who value precise cutting, robust technology, and maximum forage quality.
