The Case stand line-up will include, a Case 621FXR waste specification wheel loader, Case 821F ZB wheel loader, plus the versatile SR160 skid steer loader. All are equipped with the latest efficient emissions-compliant engines, offering excellent levels of productivity and performance as well as being designed with safety and operator comfort in mind.

The Case F Series Eco and Operator-friendly Wheel Loaders

The two models on display from Case’s popular new F series wheel loader range - 821F ZB and the 621FXR have been designed specifically for use in harsh environments such as the waste and recycling management sectors.

As with all the F series range they have powerful, fuel saving Tier 4 interim-compliant engines that achieve emissions requirements with the use of Selective Catalytic Reduction technology (SCR) that doesn’t require particulate filter or EGR valve. This unique design that only uses built-for-life-components is maintenance free and fuel efficient. Eliminating the need for a Diesel Particulate Filter or extra cooling means the engine hood is more compact which provides better rear visibility, an important consideration when working in a busy environment.

An additional advantage the F series has in this sector is, safety near flammable materials, as the exhaust’s maximum temperature is 200°C lower than it would be with a DPF. This is particularly useful when doing jobs such as handling materials in wood recycling centres.

Safety and operator comfort has been integral to the design of the F series. The Case Quiet Cab offers class-leading comfort and visibility with a standard rear view camera and to floor-to-ceiling windows, plus optional joystick steering. The improved lighting system offers a highly efficient lighting package, comprising 6 LED lights that provide a far-reaching spread of light with over 21,000 lumen of lighting power. Good lighting can be a key requirement for customers who need their wheel oaders to work in low light situations, especially during the winter months or when they are running their units up to 3 shifts per day finishing well after dark.

Versatility, increased productivity and fuel economy from Case Skid Steer range

At the smaller end of the market Case’s latest range of class leading skid steer loaders will be represented by the Case SR160. As with all models in this range the SR160 offers some of the best in class breakout forces, increased productivity and lower emissions. These machines benefit from an economical CEGR set-up, together with a convenient maintenance-free solution to meet Tier 4 Final emission standards. It also has one of the widest cabs available providing excellent all-round visibility.
