On PT Road Circulation, the Secretariat provided a state of play of the European Commission’s efforts in harmonising the road circulation requirements for mobile machinery in the EU. PT Noise analysed the updated CECE position on Noise test codes & measurement methods for the update of the Outdoor Noise Directive.

Regarding environmental topics, PT3R members had a feedback about the Batteries and Waste Batteries discussions in both Parliament and Council, and prioritised activities for the upcoming REACH revision, the European Commission proposal on Sustainable Products Initiative (SPI) and F-gases Regulation.
