Among numerous products to see and review, attendees will gain a first-hand look at:

Crown QuickPick™ Remote order picking technology, which brings together technology, workflow efficiency and operator activity optimization in a natural, systematic process. Using a wireless remote control built into a special work glove, operators can move the pallet truck to the next picking location at a click of a button without having to repeatedly climb on the pallet truck platform. Operators have both hands free to quickly pick orders. In 2014, QuickPick Remote earned the International Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) award at CeMAT in Hannover, Germany.

Studies show that warehouse employees walk an average of 25 km every day, transporting 5,000 to 10,000 kilos of cargo. QuickPick Remote reduces by half the distance operators have to carry the loads. Their ability to move the forklift remotely to the next picking place also reduces the time required to get on and off the forklift by up to 70 percent.

  • Crown C-5 Series gas forklifts, which utilize strength and resilience to handle heavy loads and power faster maneuvers in the most diverse indoor and outdoor conditions. They provide comfort and safety to the operator and ensure easy maintenance at longer intervals. To overcome limitations in extremely demanding applications, Crown designed the robust LPG-fired 2.4-liter industrial engine with double the lifespan of conventional forklifts. Crown’s standard Dual Radiator provides separate cooling for the engine and transmission.

  • Based on the analysis of this information, Crown InfoLink® offers fleet managers a comprehensive overview of the operation, identifying real opportunities for gains in efficiency. Crown InfoLink® turns piles of data – obtained in real time or coming from archived records – into a set of organized, prioritized, reliable and fully actionable performance indicators. By means of interactive panels, Crown’s solution provides a complete diagnosis to substantiate, with consistency and precision, the implementation of process improvements and changes that can lead to time and money savings and optimize returns on investment.
