Dr Christian Pawlik will be beginning his well-earned retirement with effect from 30.11.2024 after more than two decades at the helm of Joseph Vögele AG. He joined the company to take on the position of CEO in 2000. He set the course for the the paver specialist's ongoing success by introducing a fundamentally new production concept based on modular systems. Pawlik also demonstrated strategic foresight with the restructuring and realignment of production according to the flow principle that went hand-in hand with the construction of the new factory in Ludwigshafen-Rheingönheim in 2010. Thanks to his policy of continuous investment in production systems, quality management and spare parts supply, Vögele currently operates the world’s most modern factory for the production of road pavers.
The new CEO is committed to ensuring ongoing success
Dr Michael Kulok, formerly CEO at the Austrian battery technology concern Kreisel Electric GmbH, will be taking the helm at the company with effect from 1 December 2024. ‘Vögele combines pioneering spirit with long-established traditional values and has undergone a series of extraordinary developments over the years.
