CIFAMOBILE 50: The plant you can take with you

The CIFAMOBILE 50 is the first concrete-mixing plant in the Cifa range that is transportable on wheels. Fitted with a 1 cubic metre per cycle Cifa mixer (DNA 1.0, the smallest in the range, which goes up to 3 cubic metres), it guarantees an hourly production rate of 50 cubic metres of ready-mixed concrete. The plant, equipped with CIFAWIN automation (plant management software specifically developed by Cifa), comprises the majority of the optional extras already available for stationary plant. Moreover, when the CIFAMOBILE 50 is supplied with two cement silos already installed on board, concrete production can be started even if the ground silos have not yet been installed.

The plant has a unique mixer washing system that has no equal anywhere in the world: the CIFAMOBILE 50 washes the mixer after each production cycle, using the water already batched into the concrete composition recipe. This leads to a considerable saving of water on the site. This plant, made to the customers’ specific requirements, combines flexibility, ease of transport and environment-friendliness.
