SANY is responding to the increasing demands for emission reduction, noise reduction and economical operation with new efficient solutions such as the fully electric terminal tractor STT4501E2-D. The model has been optimised for the European market and is available now.

The STT4501E2-D is built on a robust heavy-duty chassis and has a maximum tractive force for 75 tonnes of trailer load. The battery with a capacity of 281.9 kWh enables a range of up to 120 kilometres or an operating time of up to 18 hours. The integrated thermal management system keeps the battery within the optimum temperature range under continuous load, while an additional braking system increases braking energy recovery. The three-part electrical system has a protection class of IP67 and higher and uses a modern leakage detection system connected to SANY's remote monitoring system. It quickly becomes clear that this powerful technology is designed for continuous operation.
