Comer industries new powershift solutions

At Agritechnica in Hannover (November 12-18, 2017), Comer Industries will show its new Powershift (Hall 15, Stand D 24).

Comer Industries’ new Powershift solutions allow gears to shift underload and while the machine is running.

The Powershift integrates an innovative electronic system (ECU - Electronic Control Unit,), capable of managing work parameters while at the same time ensuring the machine's safety under all conditions. The electronic system communicates with a functional display, which allows the operator to command and supervise the entire transmission. The display also provides various diagnostic signals.

The Powershift is a complete mechatronic system that includes mechanical transmission, hydraulic system for clutch engagement and ECU for managing both gear shifting without torque interruption and system functionality.

Comer Industries has developed and made available this mechatronic transmission to the market to contribute to the technological evolution of the agricultural world, thus allowing easier use of machines and improving operator’s efficiency and safety.
