From September 25 to 28, 2025, Continental will be exhibiting at NUFAM, the commercial vehicle trade fair in Karlsruhe, Germany. The presentation will focus on innovative tire solutions for regional and long-distance transportation, as well as digital applications for modern fleet Management.

Conti Eco HS5 and HD5 – fuel savers for regional and long-distance transport

Continental presents two solutions for regional and long-distance transport: the Conti Eco HS5 for the steering axle and the Conti Eco HD5 for the drive axle. These tires consistently meet the needs of customers in the transportation sector and comply with constantly changing legal requirements. Freight forwarders in regional and long-distance transport can significantly reduce fuel consumption, cut CO2 emissions, and save costs with the Conti Eco HS 5 and Conti Eco HD 5.

Digital tire management and retreading solution

Upon customer request, the Conti Eco can be equipped with the latest generation of sensors straight from the factory. Continental continues to advance the digitalization of fleets and enable predictive service planning with this offering. The tire manufacturer will present the ContiConnect system at NUFAM 2025. This tire management solution provides fleet managers with real-time temperature and tire pressure data. It allows gradual air pressure losses and other irregularities to be detected early, significantly reducing tire punctures. These improvements increase fleet safety and efficiency while reducing operating costs.

Retreaded tires cost around 35 percent less than new tires but offer the same safety and mileage. Reusing the carcass saves about 70 percent of the materials needed to produce a new tire. This creates an alternative that saves resources without compromising performance or safety. At NUFAM 2025, Continental will present the ContiRe HD 5, a retreaded version of the HD 5 that combines economic efficiency with the responsible use of materials.

VanContact A/S Ultra – Van tire for year-round use

The VanContact A/S Ultra, developed for delivery services and tradespeople, completes Continental´s presence at NUFAM 2025. This tire is ideal for vehicles frequently used for deliveries and by tradespeople. It can be fitted to larger vans, such as the Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, and Fiat Ducato, as well as smaller vans, such as the Mercedes V-Class or VW T6. It stands out thanks to its high mileage and modern construction. The scuff strip has been pulled around the entire sidewall to make it particularly resistant. The “brick pattern” of the scuff strip protects the sidewall from damage, contributing to the tire´s high robustness.

Continental is also displaying its show truck in the outdoor area. The truck features an interactive exhibition showcasing Continental´s latest products and solutions.
