CTE at Platformers’ Days 2024: An area completely dedicated to the new models of the CTE range

The 2024 edition of Platformers’ Days, the event dedicated to the world of lifting that will be held in Karlsrhue (D) from 6 to 7 September 2024, kicks off today. At CTE stand F105, in the outdoor area, the CTE TRACCESS 180 and CTE ZETA 22 models are being exhibited for the first time in Germany, alongside the CTE B-LIFT 27.2 telescopic truck-mounted aerial platform model that is so popular on the German market. In the Elektropark demonstration area dedicated to emission-free assembly processes, CTE TRACCESS 230E tracked platform model will be on display.

CTE ZETA 22 the progenitor of a new range of articulated truck-mounted platforms, which takes up the name of the successful Z model of the 90s but which projects CTE towards the future. CTE ZETA 22 therefore represents for CTE the relaunch of the double pantograph to achieve maximum performance ensuring maximum safety for the operator. The configuration of the arm is with articulation and double extension: with this geometry it is possible to exploit the entire work area and thus obtain maximum height and outreach performance. The main technical features are: 22 m of working height, 10.5 m of outreach and 250 kg of capacity. The total clearance platform, without any bulk underneath, makes this model the ideal machine for all maintenance activities, especially in the green area, reducing the risk of getting entangled or damage due to accidental impacts. CTE ZETA 22 is also equipped with the S3 EVO system as a platform management system, through which the operator can control the performance of the platform in real time for greater efficiency, height stability and reliability.

In the TRACCESS range, CTE presents the new TRACCESS 180 spider, also equipped with the S3 EVO system, ensuring maximum performance in all conditions of use, added to a compact configuration that makes it one of the smallest spiders on the market in transport conditions. Thanks to an innovative and attractive design, Service activities are simplified. The TRACCESS 180 model is equipped with all the integrated automatisms and diagnostic systems, such as automatic stabilization, automatic opening and closing, Jib&Drive function and indication of permitted maneuvers. Thanks to this technology, the platform can be connected to the cloud and thanks to CTE Connect you can have optimized fleet management, remote monitoring, settings and assistance interventions.

CTE B-LIFT 27.2 reaches 27 m of working height, 15.5 m of outreach and 250 kg of capacity. It has a five-element telescopic arm (base arm + 4 extensions), the turret rotation is 640°, that of the nacelle 90° right + 90° left. The controls are simultaneous proportional with acceleration and deceleration ramps for a more fluid control of the maneuvers. The stabilization is controlled with S3 EVO system.

CTE TRACCESS 230 E is the battery version of the well-known CTE TRACCESS 230 model with 23 m of working height, 12 m of outreach, 200 kg of capacity. The stabilization offers 4 stabilization areas with hydraulic positioning, load sensing device in the basket, 230 V AC CE electrical socket in the basket, max 31% slopeability, 2.1 m jib with +10° working angle. The 48v electric motor with 300 Ah lithium battery guarantees a working autonomy of up to 5 hours. Ideal for work on construction sites or in closed places where noise is not allowed. CTE TRACCESS 230E is also equipped with a wireless radio control housed in the basket, very functional for the operator who makes the first movements and stabilizes the vehicle with ease and then lifts it into the basket, placing the console in a special housing. Not just the product, the CTE “Work Becomes Easy” philosophy also translates into services such as the CTE Warranty Extension program, the warranty extension program up to the fifth year that protects you from unexpected costs due to breakdowns or malfunctions of the vehicle up to the fifth year of life.
