CTE B-LIFT, the range of telescopic truck-mounted platforms, enriched by a new model thanks to the introduction on the market of the model CTE B-LIFT 23 HV.

The model is the new version of the well-known B-LIFT 230 PRO, much appreciated by the market especially the Northern European, redesigned to offer all the hallmarks of CTE models.

CTE B-LIFT 23 HV features the proven S3 system, Smart Stability System, an electronic management system designed to facilitate all user operations and ensure the safety of the platform at every stage of use thanks to the continuous control of all parameters of the machine.

But let's see in detail what characterizes CTE B-LIFT 23 HV: it has a working height of 23 m, a maximum reach of 13 m and a capacity of 300 kg in the standard configuration with a fully aluminum basket.

Stabilization features the infinite variable extension of the front stabilizers and the fixed narrow jacking configuration for the rear ones.

Great attention has been paid to operator comfort during the work phase, thanks to the optimization of the hydraulic system, the machine can in fact perform quick aerial maneuvers that are at the same time delicate and precise. The use of SSAB Strenx high strength steels also offers stability during the work phase.

The proportional electro-hydraulic controls allow multiple simultaneous maneuvers, thus allowing productivity and versatility while working.

To complete the platform, a series of intelligent options have been made available through the S3 system: Home function i.e. the automatic closing of the platform and CTE Connect for remote control of the vehicle and the possibility of intervening in the event of faults and anomalies.

Focus on  CTE Connect:

CTE Connect: is an integrated management system for all CTE models equipped with the S3 Smart Stability System. Thanks to CTE Connect, through a data connection it is possible to:

– Access to the diagnostic remotely thanks to the Diagnostic tool: through a display positioned on the chassis, it is possible to visualize the values and the operation of each single sensor present on the machine, allowing the examination of possible electrical issues without the use of dedicated instruments. It allows also the organizing of predictive intervention.

– Geolocate the vehicle even if in motion

– For customers, manage the platforms for fleet management functions, with personalized user and password

– For operators, intervene directly in case of notifications of particular events such as breakdowns, alarms or problems

– Set some work parameters remotely, such as the Virtual Roof system, the working height setting option.

Thanks to this system, Service operations are optimized since Technicians can act remotely reducing, for example, machine downtime.
