CTE reorganizes customer services

With the aim to give a new sense to customer service, stronger and with innovative services, starting from 1st of January CTE’s After Sales department will be included in the Sales department, under the supervision of Mr Marco Govoni, new Sales Director of CTE from January 1st.

In doing so, the company confirms its promise to the customer to "make his work easier", thus remaining faithful to the mission "Work Becomes Easy".

A business unit dedicated to the customer, with a strong and close team, from products presentation and sale to after-sales services, spare parts and training, coordinated under a common guideline, directed to the introduction of new services to improve and streamlining the relationship with customers.
