Demolition work with SENNEBOGEN 830 and SENNEBOGEN 683 telescopic crane

When old things have to go, demolition specialists come into play. The Dutch demolition company Koole Environmental relies on several SENNEBOGEN material handlers and cranes for complex dismantling operations. An 830 E-Series and a 683 telescopic crane with crawler track were recently used simultaneously to dismantle an industrial complex.

Optimally suited for demolition: the material handler 830 with a 2.5 t shear

In early 2014, the Dutch sales and service partner Kuiken NV was able to deliver a new SENNEBOGEN 830 with a crawler track as the latest SENNEBOGEN machine. Equipped with a powerful 164 kW diesel engine and a special 14 m long boom kinematic, the machine works with a 2.5 t demolition shear. The steel structure of a pump system has to be removed from a depth of up to 7 m. The Maxcab, which can be elevated up to 2.7 m, plays out its strengths here, with an excellent all-round view and additional peripheral camera system. Operator Bart Versteeg is completely satisfied with the SENNEBOGEN 830 demolition excavator. He especially praises the high flexibility of the compact yet extremely powerful machine. In comparison to heavy demolition machines, the 830 can work safely and effectively even in narrow spaces. The state-of-the-art engine technology ensures low fuel consumption, and a hydraulic quick-changing device allows attachments to be quickly replaced in order to use the handling machine in different places, for example for loading.

The 683 telescopic crane is used for heavy parts

In addition to the demolition excavator, Koole also uses a SENNEBOGEN 683 telescopic crawler crane for dismantling. With the 42 m long full-power boom and a safe working load of up to 80 t, it can move and place heavy parts in particular. As a pick & carry crane, the machine can be moved flexibly even under load due to the sturdy crawler track.

In addition to the 830 and 683, Koole also successfully uses other SENNEBOGEN machines worldwide. The local sales and service partner Kuiken NV handles the regular maintenance and spare parts supply on site.
