DEUTZ exhibits its state-of-the-art TCD 3.6 diesel engine
DEUTZ is presenting its products at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, United States, from 3 to 6 February this year. This international construction trade fair takes place every year and offers 45,000 square metres of exhibition space for 1,300 exhibitors.
World of Concrete provides a forum at which customers from the construction industry meet commercial concrete and masonry professionals and construction equipment manufacturers from all over the world. DEUTZ uses this flagship trade fair as an opportunity to discuss the benefits of its diesel engines with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and users. The company is also showcasing its global sales and service network, which ensures that its products can be used safely and reliably.
One of the stand-out products on show will be the state-of-the-art TCD 3.6. Its highly com- pact engine design and its modular system of optional attachments – offering greater flexibility for the customer – reduce its installation costs and broaden the range of its applica- tions. The TCD 3.6 meets the Tier 4 emissions standards for engines with power outputs of less than 56kW without using an expensive selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system and generates enormously high torque of up to 390Nm. The Company is also exhibiting engines from its TCD 2.9, TCD 4.1 and TCD 7.8 series in Las Vegas.
DEUTZ will be represented at World of Concrete by DEUTZ Corporation, its Atlanta-based US subsidiary. Steve Corley, Chief Sales Officer for DEUTZ Corporation, noted: "World of
Concrete is always a great event for us since it allows us to showcase our engines to literal- ly thousands of commercial concrete and masonry construction professionals from around the world. Plus, attending World of Concrete allows us to spend some additional time with our valuable OEM partners."
