Doosan Exhibits For the First Time at ProMat 2015

Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. just completed our first exhibition at ProMat, the largest material handling show in North America.  ProMat was held March 23-26 at Chicago's McCormick Place.

ProMat had record attendance of over 37,000 this year, which took place over four extremely busy days.  The energy level among visitors and exhibitors was at an all-time high as well.  The large turnout provided encouraging confidence that companies are shopping for lift trucks and new technologies to help improve their overall performance.

Doosan Industrial Vehicle America Corp. (DIVAC) was honored to have Doosan Vice Chairman Jim Bemowski, Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV) Vice President Dr. Keunbae Park, and DIV executives and staff visit our booth and take part in other scheduled DIVAC events.  Our week in Chicago gave us a great opportunity to enhance Doosan's brand visibility and promote new and existing products.  We enjoyed meeting with many of our Doosan dealers and customers as well as generating new leads.

Exhibiting at ProMat Booth 662

As visitors approached the Doosan booth, they were greeted by the large rotating Doosan sign hanging from the ceiling.  The Doosan booth showcased eleven new Doosan lift trucks, including the BC25S-5 Electric, the D70S-7, the D45S-7 and D25S-7 Pneumatic trucks, and the BR18SP-7 Reach truck.  Prominently displayed in the center of the booth was the new Doosan G-2 engine, which replaces former outsourced engines, creating lots of attention and conversation.  There were private meeting areas located near the back of the booth and on the upper mezzanine floor.  Two large video screens continuously provided information on Doosan products.  The booth was well-branded with unique Doosan signage, brochures, and fun Doosan giveaways.  This year's favorite giveaways were the Doosan M&M candies and the 3-D forklift puzzles!

"Lifting Your Business with Doosan" Business Seminar

DIVAC sponsored a business seminar at ProMat, "Lifting Your Business with Doosan", that was held at McCormick Place on Wednesday morning, March 25.  The seminar was hosted by Gary Chancellor, DIVAC Dealer Sales Manager.  During this session, attendees were motivated by guest speaker Brian Blasko and they learned about the evolution of Doosan and how the aggressive expansion of our product line can help impact the growth of their businesses.

ProMat Chicago Reception

On Wednesday evening, March 25, DIVAC sponsored a ProMat Chicago reception, held at The Rouge Room in the Fairmont Hotel.  Everyone enjoyed the selection of hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and live jazz music.  The highlight of the evening was an entertaining D-160 photo booth, where participants could take home a fun memento of Doosan's special evening.
