dsb Innocrush had – since their founding – only one intention: development of machines for recycling- and natural stone processing, which combine power and output with robustness and reliability. The Innocrush 30 with a gross weight of 29,4 tons is applicable universal and convinces with a throughput capacity up to 300 tons/hour. Hard or soft stones, demolition material or asphalt – the Innocrush 30 shows no fatigue almost at heavy operation. Special features of the Innocrush 30 are the compact transport dimensions, which allow a transport without special permit, as well as high mobility, which ensures quick installation for operation and high flexibility at a
change from one field to the other.

In the standard package of dsb features like remote control, magnetic metal separator, side discharge conveyor, diesel filling pump and dust suppression system are already included – dsb delivers a fully-equipped machine without
additional costs. Also an application engineer for training is included!

dsb Innocrush machines are continuously enhanced and customers requests are introduced – so the Innocrush 30 is now equipped with a longer main conveyor belt with a discharge height of 3,2 m. The operator- and service maintainability is upgraded with the fully hydraulically lowerable main conveyor belt and the hydraulically foldable motor housing.
