MHB 80 – (Modular Suspended Platform System) Most Innovative Platform of the world
The Altrex Modular Suspended Platform System (MHB) is used world wide for years and years for working safely at heights. Altrex MHB systems are calculated for strength and stability by the latest and most advanced calculation methods which are granted by the well known and independent German certifying company Fachausschuss Bau (FAB).

New in the Altrex assortment is the MHB 80. This suspended platform has 2 new components.
The higher U- and side-frames in comparison to MHB 60 (the regular MHB), make the platform a lot stronger. MHB 80 can be build up to a length of 18 m in combination with end stirrups, with a walkthrough stirrup it can be build up to 26 meters! MHB 80 is only available for straight platforms. MHB 60 assortment has, besides the straight platforms, also the possibility for corner sections (fixed or adjustable), Double Deck, Boiler stage and many other configurations.
 
The MHB 80 is compatible with parts from the MHB 60. Only the new U-frames and side frames are needed. There is an adapter available which fits on the U-frame MHB 60 (connected by 2 connection pins) and upgrades it to MHB 80. Then, besides the adapters, only new side frames are necessary to upgrade a MHB 60 to MHB 80. A MHB 80 with adapters allows the same length and load ability as the complete MHB 80 platform configurations.

MiTOWER – The first single person Quick-Assembly Rolling Tower
MiTOWER is a unique rolling tower that can be built up by just one person. This is very convenient for every one-man job. It is safe and fast to assemble a rolling tower up to a working height of 6 meters in only 10 minutes. If there is not much room available for setting up a scaffold, the MiTOWER can still be built up. Because of its small footprint the MiTOWER uses 65% less floor space compared to a traditional scaffold.

Transporting the parts is easy thanks to the compact trolley that can be made from the MiTOWER’s materials. It fits through every standard door opening. The MiTOWER is a solution to every single operating construction worker, painter, electrician or outfitter. There are also personalization options for the MiTOWER. Customers can add their own colours, name and logo to give The MiTOWER a distinctive and unique look. This gives an extra dimension to their marketing.

4400-POWER – Rolling Tower
Within the 4000 series Altrex offers the 4400-POWER folding/rolling tower for both interior and exterior work. This compact folding/rolling tower has basic dimensions of 0.75 x 1.85 m.

The platforms can be adjusted to a variety of working levels, allowing work to be carried out at various heights with ease. The wooden platforms have an anti-slip profile and wind lock security system that provide extra security. It is comfortable to access; the rungs are equipped with an anti-slip profile and a rung distance of 28 cm. 4400-POWER can be supplied with a set of collar tubes that enable extension. This is optional.

Safe-Quick – GuardRail Rolling Tower
A safer assembly of Rolling Towers will be the future. Therefore choose the Altrex Next Safety Generation Rolling Towers with Safe-Quick Guardrails which is state of the art. This is what the user can expect from the leading brand Altrex.
Even safer: always protected and correctly assembled. Before accessing platform, there is always protection all around (also during assembly). There is a permanent railing on Rolling Tower, no temporary support railing. With Safe-Quick Guardrail Rolling Tower, automatic correct assembly the risk of faulty assembly is minimised. It is to be placed in the middle of the frame, which means a single platform can also be created for wide scaffolds. The Rolling Tower is provided with strength and stability calculations in accordance with EN 1004. A unique Mobile safety QR-code for user instructions is included.
Even quicker and more easy to assemble with fewer parts which means that it is quicker to assemble and disassemble. Safe-Quick GuardRail is easy to assemble by 1 person. Thanks to its uniquely balanced design one part replaces many braces. Also it is light in weight and compact to transport.
Safe-Quick GuardRail is also available in a ‘work freely on the façade version’. There are no braces on façade side (if no more than 15 cm from the façade). It is ideal for everyone who has to work on facades and needs to work without the obstructive braces.
There are two versions Safe-Quick GuardRail: 5000-S and 4000-S. These versions fit on existing (available on the market) Altrex Rolling Towers (4000 and 5000 series).
