Eagle Iron Works is excited to show their commitment to education by bringing their expert training to the show floor during CONEXPO 2026. From Classifying Tank valve adjustments to a preventative pump maintenance tour, attendees will be able to take home practical service techniques to keep their equipment running at peak performance. With so much to see on the show floor, EIW’s training sessions will be 10-15 minutes in length and attendees will be able to fully participate in the maintenance activities so that they are confident in taking what they learned back to their plant.

The first session will be a pump preventative maintenance tour. Utilizing the pump on the Hawk Fines Recovery Plant in the booth, EIW experts will walk attendees through a sequence of maintenance activities focusing on an oil drip, draining, v-belts, belt tension, visual inspections and how to prepare for winter shutdown.

The next set of sessions will focus on Classifying Tank maintenance activities. Our experts will walk attendees through a paddle change, a valve change and seating adjustment as well as exploring Classifying Tank automation software.

Lastly, EIW experts will dive into Screws and Log Washers. Attendees will learn how to do a paddle change on a Log Washer, a shoe change on a Screw Washer, check the oil levels in a Gear Reducer and how to take shaft measurements.

In addition to showcasing the ease of maintenance of equipment, Eagle Iron Work will also be displaying its Hawk Fines Recovery Plant for the first time at a show. This fieldproven machine is designed to help producers minimize the amount of fines heading to their pond or to waste, allowing them to recover more material.

Stop by Booth C30814 to explore EIW’s line of end-to-end washing equipment and attend training sessions on how to maintain and optimize these machines. Training sessions will run from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning. Attendees can register for a training session to guarantee their spot and training gift; however prior registration is not required for participation in a session.
