Particular emphasis was placed on special machines, plants and applications for the concrete components and precast parts industry during the development of the new Elba mixer modules EM-L and EM-H. The result is the realisation of customer-specific features optimised for practical use. A portfolio ranging from a basic mixer version to a convenient double mixer plant covers every type of mixing and processing task.

Ammann Elba’s experience of more than 60 years in plant development and the consistent implementation of applicable directives and safety standards are reflected by the quality of these new modules. Elba’s planetary counter-flow mixers EPM and EMPG are used in the EM-L and EM-H specifically for the concrete goods and precast parts industry. A broad selection of mixer sizes with dry fill volumes ranging from 375 to 6000 litres provide the best possible support for specific production processes.

Whether new plants or retrofits – Elba modules are very versatile in use. A wide scope of features aligned to meet an equally wide range of requirements allow for flexible adaptation to plants and processes.
