“Eco-friendly” Design thanks to its electronic conversion instead of the standard mechanical conversion in previous models, combined with parts that don´t wear and tear nor need maintenance, this product wastes less energy and provides less noise pollution as it runs silently.

  • Robust. Resistant, shockproof, lightweight and easy to use.

  • Efficient & Ecological. Less Energy Wasted

  • No Maintenance Required. No Spare Parts, No Wear & Tear

  • Light and Compact. Reduced weight and volume

  • Performance. Intelligent system stabilising voltage and frequency.

  • Reliable. No risk of electric shock.

As compared to its predecessors, it has lower environmental impact due to its high energy efficiency and generates less heat, and therefore, it needs less ventilation.

The work load generated by the concrete on the needles during the vibration process, in addition, is detected and compensated thanks to its intelligent system, thus maintaining the stability of frequencies and voltages.

Boxel’s completely electronic conversion system has another important result: the simplification of its maintenance.

There are no parts that require checks or replacement due to use. The presence of a shock resistance system, a very resistant hardened aluminium casing and its light weight (it is up to 70% lighter than mechanical converters) are other elements that complete the Boxel  characteristics.
