European Rental Week will be the focus of the Promotion Workshop at the ERA Convention on 8 June, generating ideas for promoting the equipment rental industry.

After a presentation of the works of the Promotion Committee by Pierre-Yves Rallet, Chairman of ERA’s Promotion Committee and VP Sales and Marketing at Loxam, and an introduction to the European Rental Week by Huw Longton, ERA Communications Manager, the attendees will have the opportunity to discuss activities for promoting the industry during European Rental Week and to work on the content of a new ERA publication, the “Good Reasons to Work in the Rental Industry”. The workshop will be moderated by Pierre-Yves Rallet, with the support of Jose Blanco, Chairman of the National Associations Committee, developing, together with the Promotion Committee, the European Rental Week.

This workshop should be particularly interesting for rental companies and rental associations as the aim of European Rental Week is to support their promotional activities and to improve the attractiveness of the industry.

The ERA Convention, taking place on 7 and 8 June in Maastricht, is the premier event for the European equipment rental industry and brings ‎together more than 300 leading voices from rental companies and suppliers to the industry to ‎network, learn and share. This year’s event will address the challenges encountered by the ‎equipment rental industry in attracting people and will develop the topics of retention, ‎development, training, diversity and inclusion.‎
