Fliegl introduces a new rotary dozer blade combining pushing and spreading functions in one implement.
-
The blade features a hydraulically driven rotor that selectively moves loose material without disturbing compacted layers, preserving forage quality.
-
Its hydraulic drive eliminates the need for a mechanical front PTO, reducing energy use and increasing tractor compatibility.
-
Compact design ensures excellent visibility, stability, and safe handling, suitable for grass and corn silage.
-
The implementation reduces the need for multiple machines, lowering investment, maintenance costs, and operational time.

The rotary dozer blade is the result of intensive development work and the intelligent fusion of two previously separate implements. The core innovation lies in a hydraulically driven rotor integrated directly into the blade. This rotor was specially developed to pick up only loose, uncompacted material and distribute it evenly. This prevents already compacted layers from being torn up again, which protects the forage quality in the long term and enables optimum compaction results.

Another key advantage is that there's no need for a mechanical front PTO. The rotor is fully hydraulically driven, which lowers energy requirements, protects the tractor, and gives you more flexibility in choosing the carrier vehicle.

With its compact design – 3.00 meters working width and only 1,410 mm height – the rotary dozer blade offers excellent all-round visibility, thereby increasing work safety, especially on silo slopes. The low center of gravity in close proximity to the tractor also ensures high stability and safe handling under demanding conditions.

The rotary push blade is a true all-rounder that is equally suitable for grass and corn silage. It eliminates the need to constantly switch between different implements on the silo, which not only saves a complete work step, but also significantly reduces time and diesel consumption. In addition, the blade can be adjusted hydraulically at the sides, allowing it to be optimally adapted to different working conditions.

For farmers and contractors, this means a significant reduction in investment and maintenance costs, as only a single, extremely powerful machine is required for the entire silage distribution process. The simple handling and intuitive design also make work much easier and more efficient.
