First-time presentation at AGRITECHNICA: BERGMANN REPEX 35 K Combi-silage trailer

Whether for daily fresh forage or powerful silage recovery: Reliable harvesting and transport technology is essential for a economic success.

For this reason BERGMANN is presenting the newly developed combi-trailer REPEX 35K with its 35 m³ capacity (DIN) at this year's AGRITECHNICA. This vehicle fully meets the demands of self-mechanized farmers, but also the high stresses in contracting jobs. Various sizes are available depending on operating structures. After all the REPEX family now spans a volume range of 29 to 35 m³. The combi-trailer can be used most of the year, for silage recovery, maize silage, and wood chip transport, which contributes to a rapid amortization.

This series standard high-lift drawbar for low mounting transmits up to 3 t of the maximum authorized weight of 21 t to the tractor coupling. This guarantees the best traction results. The high drawbar load transfer pays off, especially when driving over the silo. At the same time high tilt angle of the high-lift drawbar prevents the pick-up from pushing the grass on the silo.

The tines of the 1,940 mm wide pick-up - as with all BERGMANN trailers - are standardly controlled via curved track and rotate at a reduced speed. This allows for rake-clean pick-up of grass while reducing the dirt content. The short distance between pick-up and the rotor ensures excellent, gentle material transfer.

At the same time the loading and cutting unit with its new Hardox tine design and 41 specially shaped knife generates a perfect cut. Enthusiastic users confirm: “BERGMANN technology cutting quality enthused. The 35 mm cutting length and an absolutely clean cut and have significantly expanded our customer base! The convenient, tool-free knife changing is also great!" But not only the well-known BERGMANN silage trailer top cutting technology is commended. The sloped front steel bottom promotes the carefully designed material flow and good filling of the cargo space. It is unloaded by the reversible scraper floor, which is equipped with four robust 11 x 31 mm round steel chains (4 x 15 t = 60 t tensile strength). A two-stage drive with double-sided feed shaft drive is optionally available.

The compact design ensures high agility and good handling.

To minimize time-consuming maintenance intervals and at the same time to increase the reliability of the vehicles, a sturdy, fully enclosed oil bath gearbox is installed as standard rotor drive. At the same time rotor is held by extremely tough, spherical roller bearings with 120 mm diameter. A long service life and good value retention are positive side effects.

The BCT 20 electronic controls are based on the proven BERGMANN concept, where only the functions which are currently required are displayed. In addition, functions which are used repeatedly for loading and unloading can be programmed as a function sequence, and can then be accessed by pressing a button. It is alternatively available with the ISOBUS capable CCI 200 terminal with large display, touch screen and 12 functionbuttons. This provides for even more comfortable control of the vehicle. At the same time AEF certified ISOBUS control can also be displayed on the tractor's own terminal and the joystick buttons can be assigned individual functions on request.

Up to four LED work lights can be controlled from the terminal. A trip and time counter is also integrated.
