Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH introduces an automatic attachment recognition system for push-off trailers.
-
The system reduces hydraulic connections from up to eight hoses to just three, minimizing errors and saving time.
-
It automatically detects connected implements and adjusts the ISOBUS terminal interface accordingly.

This innovation enhances safety, simplifies operation, and increases efficiency for users such as farmers and contractors.
The new automatic attachment recognition system automatically detects connected implements, reduces the hydraulic requirements to just three hoses, and automatically adjusts the ISOBUS user interface – for greater safety, efficiency, and ease of use.
Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH has developed an automatic attachment recognition system for push-off trailers (ASW) that makes changing attachments much easier and significantly increases operational safety. The system automatically recognizes connected attachments and automatically adjusts the user interface on the ISOBUS terminal to the specific functions.

Previously, depending on the attachment, up to eight or more hydraulic hoses had to be connected, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Fliegl's new solution reduces the number of connections to just three clearly distinguishable hydraulic hoses per attachment, virtually eliminating incorrect connections and the resulting operating errors.

An additional electrical interface enables the attachment to be automatically recognized and the user interface on the terminal to adapt to the respective device. This standardizes processes, simplifies production, and minimizes potential safety risks and damage to the vehicle.

The new automatic attachment recognition system offers multiple advantages in terms of practicality and cost-effectiveness. Standardizing the interfaces significantly speeds up work processes and also simplifies the production of the devices. For users, this means noticeably easier work and greater safety: changing attachments is much quicker and easier, while incorrect connections and the resulting operating errors are virtually eliminated.

Another advantage is the reduced hydraulic effort. Instead of having to connect up to eight hoses as before, three will suffice in the future, which saves time and effort and also significantly reduces the likelihood of errors. The system is rounded off by intelligent terminal adaptation: thanks to automatic device recognition, the ISOBUS terminal adapts itself automatically and always displays the correct user interface for the respective attachment.
