  • Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH introduces the HydroLift lift axle featuring advanced support load sensor technology integrated into the drawbar suspension.

  • The system enhances driving stability and safety by directly measuring drawbar load and automatically lowering the first axle in overload situations, even with uneven loads.

  • Safety features include prevention of unintended axle raising, time-delayed pressure evaluation, and automatic lowering during power failures.

  • Raising the axle reduces tire wear and fuel consumption, improving operational efficiency and lowering costs.

  • The HydroLift lift axle is currently available for purchase through authorized dealers.

The HydroLift lift axle: With direct pressure measurement, intelligent safety logic, and factory-integrated backup, it sets new standards for stability, economy, and reliability in agricultural transport.

With the HydroLift lifting axle, Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH presents an innovation that significantly increases safety and efficiency in agricultural transport. At its core is an integrated support load sensor system in the hydropneumatic drawbar suspension, which is unique in this form.

By shifting the drawbar load measurement directly to the drawbar suspension, the system responds precisely to the actual load on the towing vehicle, regardless of the axle load distribution. In the event of overload, the first axle is automatically lowered, which increases driving stability and effectively protects the towing vehicle. This applies even with asymmetrical loads, as is often the case with manure spreaders, for example.

Unlike previous systems, which rely on axle load measurement via air suspension, the HydroLift safety logic prevents the axle from being raised unintentionally when the load decreases – for example, during unloading or on slopes. Manual override is possible: prolonged activation allows the axle to be raised briefly, but it automatically returns to the safe position.

The HydroLift lift axle also offers comprehensive protection and high reliability: A time-delayed pressure evaluation suppresses short-term pressure peaks and prevents incorrect reactions. In the event of a power failure — due to a short circuit or cable break — the axle lowers automatically and ensures a safe operating position.

The system also increases efficiency in road transport: when the axle is raised, tire wear and fuel consumption are reduced, which significantly lowers operating costs. HydroLift isparticularly advantageous for asymmetrical loads, as the system reliably ensures the necessary stability and safety even under uneven loads.

With the HydroLift lifting axle, Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH is setting new standards in terms of driving stability, operational safety, and cost-effectiveness in agricultural transport.

The lifting axle is available now and can be purchased from authorized dealers.
