The new Tele front suction arm was developed in collaboration with the new partner company STAPEL GmbH. It increases the range and flexibility while also being easy to maintain. It was specially designed to make the application area universal and at the same time, increase efficiency and operational safety.

With this patented new development, Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH presents a practical solution that consistently eliminates the key weaknesses of conventional front suction arms. By moving the telescope from the front swivel arm to the main boom, a transfer width of 6,000 mm is achieved. At the same time, there is no need for model-specific special pipes, as the system can be universally adapted to different tractor lengths.

The integration of the telescope into the main boom extends the working range from around 4,600 mm to 6,000 mm. The design thus combines greater reach with higher compatibility. In addition, the previously required, complex anti-rotation device is no longer necessary. The result: a lighter, more stable, and at the same time lower-maintenance structure.

Another advantage is tool-free, one-person disassembly. Using a quick coupling and support via the upper link, the arm can be safely lowered by one person – without a crane or additional tools. By comparison:

Conventional front suction arms have a telescope integrated into the swivel arm. This design limits the telescopic travel, requires model-specific special tubes, and a heavy anti-rotation device. Disassembly is correspondingly complex and usually only possible with tools and additional personnel.

The Tele front suction arm reduces investment costs, as model-specific components are no longer required. The greater reach reduces time-consuming and fuel-intensive maneuvering, which lowers both energy consumption and ground pressure. At the same time, simplified handling with tool-free disassembly ensures greater work safety and minimal downtime.

With this development, Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH offers farmers and contractors a technically sophisticated solution that sustainably increases both efficiency in daily use and operational safety.
