Fliegl Alutec refines the push-off technology

Standstill? Lack of ideas? These are non-existing words for Fliegl Alutec. Not only new innovations are regularly being created in the production halls of Fliegl, also proven techniques are continually being developed further.

Since its invention nearly 20 years ago, the Fliegl push-off technology has proven itself thousands of times. The Fliegl push-off trailer reliably pushes off all materials in no time at all, whether light bulk solids or waste and recycled materials. The only problem: the push-off system reaches its limits beyond a certain vehicle length. This is now set to change.

Thanks to the new Fliegl Alutec triple push-off system it is now also possible to quickly and easily unload large-volume Fliegl Alutec vehicles with a length of up to 13.5 meters and a volume up to 90m3. The proven Fliegl push-off system is enhanced by an additional hydraulic unit which is volume-optimized embedded in the floor of the truck. The unloading operation is thereby divided into three stages: The first push floor is pushed forward by a cylinder package built in at the bottom, in a second step, the second floor is pushed over the first, in a final step the rear wall moves forward.
