Fliegl presents the new SKATEMASTER trailing shoe spreader –slurry spreading close to the ground made easy!

• Fliegl introduces the SKATEMASTER, an enhanced version of the SKATE trailing shoe spreader, offering improved precision and efficiency in slurry spreading.

• The SKATEMASTER features an innovative boom design with collision protection and optimized folding speed for better ground tracking.

• Key benefits from the previous model, such as compact transport width, weight-optimized design, and EASY comfort control system with ISOBUS preparation, are retained.

• Available in working widths of 12,000 mm and 15,000 mm, the SKATEMASTER ensures precise slurry distribution with an improved auger distributor for easier maintenance.

• An optional 115 mm diameter auger is available for greater cutting power, effectively shredding fibres in the slurry for consistently high output.

With the SKATEMASTER, Fliegl presents the next generation of the tried-and-tested trailing shoe distributor, which is now even more powerful and user-friendly. Based on  the  established  SKATE  model,  the  SKATEMASTER  relies  on  the  same  proven technology,  but  has  been  further  optimised  in  some  key  areas.  The  result  is  a spreader that spreads the slurry even more precisely and efficiently on the field -while being even easier to handle.

The innovative boom design of the SKATEMASTER ensures optimum distribution of the forces acting during operation and is equipped with collision protection as standard. During spreading, all folding cylinders are in the floating position, which ensures perfect ground tracking. In addition, the folding speed of the spreader has been further improved. At the same  time,  the  proven  advantages  of  the  predecessor  model -such  as  the  compact transport width of approx. 2,600 mm, the weight-optimised design and the intelligent EASY comfort control system with ISOBUS preparation as standard -have been retained. The result:  more  power  in  the  field  and  even  greater  efficiency.  The  SKATEMASTER  is available from May in working widths of 12,000 mm and 15,000 mm.

The Fliegl auger distributor is also the centrepiece of the SKATEMASTER and ensures precise slurry distribution in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Compared to the previous model, the accessibility of the distributor has been significantly improved. With just a few simple steps, the user has a clear view of the auger, which makes maintenance and cleaning much easier.

For even greater efficiency, the SKATEMASTER offers an optional auger with a diameter of  115  mm,  which  provides  more  cutting  power  and  shreds  the  fibres  in  the  slurry particularly effectively. The result: consistently high output, even with extremely high fibre content. The proven advantages of the short discharge hoses and the low power and oil requirement of just 20 l/min during spreading have also been retained.
