From simple to Dual - convincing and unique sweepers configured from the bema modular kit.

A sweeper does not come off the belt. At least not at bema GmbH Maschinenfabrik. All products are made to order and with a view to individual customer requirements in the Lower Saxony Voltlage-Weese. This principle is now being further expanded with sweeping machines from the modular kit.

For bema 20 and bema 25 entry-level models, the working width, main brush, collecting container, equipment and accessories can be combined according to individual requirements, use or budget. Retrofitting is no problem. If the user has decided to start with a simple configuration and realizes later that he lacks functions in his application, he can easily retrofit them from the modular system. The tried-and-tested bema Dual System is a new standard component and can be selected independently of the working width and sweeping roller diameter. In this selection, the sweeper is equipped with a third support wheel and a continuous spindle sweeper roller adjustment as standard. With bema's low-cost mounting solutions, the user does not have to forego comfort and flexibility and can switch between dirt absorbing and recurring applications without changeover times. All sweepers included in the modular system convince by their proven and robust design. The German mechanical engineering specialist uses high quality sheet metal, offering additional stability and security due to the tubular frame and struts.

At this year's AGRITECHNICA, bema is going to present two possible dual configurations from the new modular kit. The bema 20 Dual with a sweeping roller diameter of 520 mm is an unparalleled sweeper for smaller carrier vehicles such as yard loaders. Equipped with a collecting container in the Dual system, including the third support wheel and the continuous spindle sweeper roller adjustment, the entry-level model convinces by a best price-performance ratio and a large collecting container volume.

Depending on the working width, this is between 148 and 270 litres. The small Dual model can be upgraded with optional equipment depending on the application and requirements, for example with a water spray unit or a side brush. The bema 25 Dual with a sweeping roller diameter of 580 mm is also available from the modular kit. Price, performance and the wide range of equipment options also score points in this machine configuration. With a collection container volume of 245 to 435 litres, depending on the working width, large areas can be swept without interruption. The heavy-duty wheels Ø 250 x 50 mm allow bema 25 Dual to optimally adjust to all uneven surfaces.
