Wacker Neuson offers its customers 17 different models of track and wheel dumpers, which are in particular characterized by simple and safe operation thanks to the hydrostatic drive system. They can be used flexibly in order to meet individual customer needs and are characterized by good off-road capability and traction. Especially in rough terrain conditions, the dumper is indispensable as a transport vehicle.
Now the success story of the dumpers also fructify in practice. UK´s leading equipment hirer GAP Group Hire Solutions invested in the products of Wacker Neuson. They spent nearing £6m in dumpers and compaction equipment.
GAP´s head of procurement, Ken Stewart said: “Wacker Neuson is our main supplier for compaction equipment but during 2016 we extended their scope of supply to initially include cabbed dumpers which offer operators enhanced protection and comfort. Feedback from customers was extremely positive which allowed us to extend the scope of supply further for the complete range of site dumpers from 1-9 tonnes. During the year we purchased more than 120 dumpers, almost all of which are hydrostatic driven which means we can offer customers a wider choice of dumper.”
Stewart continued: “The after sales support and service from Wacker Neuson and its nationwide distributor network for both compaction equipment and site dumpers has been excellent with full training having been undertaken with our workshop personnel for the hydrostatic dumpers.”
