Gerken places another huge order with RUTHMANN

As part of its replacement investment initiative, the internationally acclaimed equipment rental company – Gerken GmbH – has ordered a multitude of brand new truck-mounted aerial work platforms – all of them from RUTHMANN.

The deal – worth more than 3 million euros – includes more than 20 STEIGER ® truck-mounted aerial work platforms. In the 3.5 t and 7.49 t category, Gerken chose the TB 270, T 170, T 230, T 300, and super compact, highly adaptable CITY-STEIGER ® TU 285.

The well-known equipment rental company – from Düsseldorf, Germany – also decided to order several additional models in RUTHMANN’s successful HEIGHT performance-series. It was an easy decision to make because of the excellent feedback received for existing models already in Gerken’s extensive rental lineup. Gerken customers can look forward to the arrival of additional T 720, T 480 and T 400 models.

This substantial order comes on the heels of the large-scale order Gerken placed with RUTHMANN towards the end of 2013.
