GIPOREC R 100 FDR GIGA

Delivery of a crusher to the Kies-& Betonwerk Frei AG

The high quality standard, the very short delivery time and production in Switzerland were the decision-making facts for the Kies- & Betonwerk Frei AG situated in Kleinandelfingen ZH, to acquire a mobile tracked impact crushing plant GIPOREC R 100. The plant delivered beginning of December, will be used at the newly installed recycling zone in Marthalen to prepare the building rubble from the "Zürcher Weinland" region into high value aggregate.

Following the customers request, a longitudinal overbelt magnet, has been installed as a special feature of the new impact crusher. This, for the first time on a GIPOREC R 100. The iron output in the longitudinal direction has even further improved the permanent magnetic separator’s grip and ensures the highest possible output of iron.

Additionally, the installation is equipped with an integrated air separation system. With this system, light-density materials such as wood, plastic and other light extraneous materials are separated out.

Many thanks to Kies-& Betonwerk Frei AG
