GIPOREC R 131 FDR GIGA SPEZ.

We recently had the pleasure of delivering a new GIPOREC R 131 FDR GIGA to Karl Ernesti GmbH. The plant will process mineral recycling materials such as concrete and mixed demolition waste, excavated asphalt and rocks.   

The plant has a large overband magnet for removing ferrous parts in the direction of material flow. Using this process, the grip of the magnetic separator on the iron parts has been improved even further. In addition, the plant is equipped with a 2-deck screening machine. Thus, up to 4 product sizes can be produced in one working cycle.
