GIPOREC R 90 FDR GIGA / Practical crushing system with low wear on conveyor

Earthworks, demolition and recycling: Those are the areas of expertise of construction company Kelberger, a Bavarian, family-owned company that is headed by Roland Kelberger. The company, which is located  in Hebertsfelden in the administrative district of Rottal-Inn, has been in existence for 28 years now. As early as 1995, the company decided to also focus on the topic of construction waste recycling. The company's vehicle fleet, which comprises 8 hydraulic excavators, 7 trucks, several loaders and two crushing systems, has now been recently extended to include the GIPOREC R90 FDR GIGA crusher.

While searching for a crusher with a discharge chute underneath the rotor to reduce conveyor wear last November, Roland Kelberger came across a report by the Wohlschlager company in our magazine . The experienced company owner viewed the competitors' products on the Steinexpo trade fair – but because of the article decided to contact crusher specialist GIPO (Gisler Power). Only two days after our first telephone conversation,  Eugen-Jesse Gasser, who is responsible for the Gipo company's sales in southern Germany, set off to visit his customer in Hebertsfelden. Roland Kelberger was won over by the Swiss manufacturer's crusher.

Kelberger deploys the crusher in its own gravel quarries as well as in its own recycling plant. Among other things, the crusher produces gravel chippings for road and pathway construction. In addition, the machine is transported for use in demolition contracts. The extracted bituminous materials are then used as aggregates for bituminous mixes. Currently, Kelberger plans working time of approximately 1,000 operating hours a year for the crusher.
