HAVER-Snap-Guard® – Optimized Wear Protection for Screening Machine´s Crossbeams

The HAVER & TYLER Alliance is introducing the patented HAVER-Snap-Guard® crossbeam wear protection system under the aegis of HAVER NIAGARA GmbH. This unique system has been developed to improve wear protection and minimise maintenance times. As opposed to the standard method of gluing wear protection to the crossbeams and laboriously removing the remains thereof once worn, in combination with the HAVER mounting rail system the HAVER-Snap-Guard®  is simply clamped and snapped onto the crossbeam. The HAVER-Snap-Guard® is fitted and removed by hand without the need for any tools. HAVER-Snap-Guard® wear protection components are standardised and designed to fit the HAVER mounting rail system. The components are made of moulded PU parts which are used to cover the threaded rods on the mounting rail clamps and exposed crossbeam sections, thus protecting them from abrasion by the feed material.
