Van der Vlist have recently solved a transport challenge in Germany, moving 2 large heaters.
The 6,62m long 19,7 ton heaters at 4,26m high would normally move in a vessel bridge trailer, however at 4,62m wide, this meant with a vessel bridge the total transport width would make the transport difficult.
Using ZTT low loaders, a suitable route was eventually found to make sure the cargo at this height. A route was found, and all authorities were involved, including police escorts for the transport.
Thanks to the diversity of van der Vlist’s equipment, and innovation from their staff, the cargo arrived safely at it’s destination.
