HFA is very excited to announce the launch of its high-tech fleet management – Hyundai Intelligent Monitoring System (HIMS) at CeMAT Australia with live demos and expert advice available on how this hi-tech remote monitoring fleet management system can work for your material handling operations.

HIMS facilitates equipment asset management to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs, ensure optimal performance and forklift utilisation and ongoing forklift fleet safety and compliance.

HIMS' cloud-based reporting keeps senior management,  operations departments and OH&S teams on top of their forklift fleet operations by featuring data on fleet utilisation, breakdown and response times, equipment downtime and OH&S incidents.  HIMS can also help to streamline maintenance scheduling and equipment repairs.

The flexible HIMS hardware is installed on every piece of fleet equipment to enable reporting on all vehicle activity including hour meter reporting such as seat, traction and lift hours and impact detection via site and vehicle-type calibrated impact sensors.

Plug & play options include:

  • Driver access control – such as a pin code keypad, swipe card reader or end user customer specific site card access options such as HID, INDALA, EM formats and so on.

  • Display Screens - used for start-up checklist questions and responses or messaging a driver with unique instructions. A wide range of displays are available including freezer capable screens down to -40 degrees.

  • GPS – equipment location and utilising GPS geo-fence zones to activate speed zone switching or pedestrian warning systems.

HIMS uses cell or mobile-based technology and avoids the need for additional infrastructure or the need to involve IT departments in the set up within an application.

What’s the BIG deal?
Come along to Hyundai Forklift’s stand (F15) during CeMAT Australia to check out the live demos of HIMS for yourself and to learn how Hyundai Forklifts can tailor a turnkey solution for your material handling needs.
