At this year´s Platformers´ Days on October 8 and 9 in Karlsruhe, JLG Industries will be represented with three of its brands. JLG, AUSA and Power Towers can be found at a joint booth in Hall 1 / H110. The following machines are expected to be on display:

1. JLG® EC450AJ Compact Electric Boom Lift

The JLG® EC450AJ Compact articulated electric boom lift combines compact dimensions, rough-terrain capability and zero-emission operation in a lightweight package designed for congested jobsites. Manufactured in Italy and developed specifically for the European market needs, the EC450AJ Compact.

2. JLG 460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift

Experience a productivity boost with JLG’s 400 Series telescopic boom lifts, including the 460SJ model. These telescoping lifts offer the fastest lift and drive speeds in their class while delivering more reach. That means equipment users can get to work quickly and efficiently.

Plus, JLG’s Hi-Capacity telescopic boom lifts allow operators to push the envelope without compromise, offering three capacity zones, each rated for up to three occupants and tools.

Productivity is boosted with an improved multifunction capability, and a new hood design delivers more durability and ease of service. The 460SJ’s larger platform capacity means more efficient operations.

3. JLG® ES1930M Micro-Sized Scissor Lift

Designed to meet the demands of modern job sites, the ES1930M Micro-Sized Scissor delivers compact size, lightweight structure and maneuverability in congested work environments where access and efficiency are prioritized. With an industry-leading platform height of 5.64 m (indoor), a 76-cm machine width, a machine length of 1.47 m and leak containment standard, the ES1930M delivers versatility and durability that fits modern spaces and complex job site demands.

At a height of 1.99 m in the standard configuration with fixed entry ladder, the machine fits through standard doorways and can be maneuvered precisely in narrow hallways or between shelving. Optional equipment includes the SkySense® Enhanced Detection System, which is designed to provide additional operator support through continuous obstacle detection. Also helpful in congested work environments: The scissor lift has a zero-turn radius. At approximately 1.35 t, it also remains comparatively lightweight.

The compact lift supports safe access and stable work at height. Low entry heights and the functional arrangement of components provide direct access to the platform (“step on, step in”). This can save time, particularly when the machine is frequently repositioned. A new scissor arm design was developed to reduce platform sway and oscillation and support a more stable feel at height. For additional flexibility, a Mid-Rail Deck can be retrofitted. This positions the operator approximately 50 cm higher, which can be particularly beneficial when working above suspended ceilings.

The electric Micro-Sized Scissor was designed for efficient operation even in sensitive environments. Its 24V lithium-ion batteries enable long operating times between charges, support faster charging times and are designed to reduce maintenance requirements and support high machine availability. At the same time, the electric drive enables low-noise, zero-emission operation indoors.

4. JLG ES4046 Scissor Lift

The ES4046 is the highest ES Series scissor lift with 13.92 m (indoor) and 10.75 m (outdoor) of working height, while simultaneously being the lowest gross-weight scissor lift (2,260 kg) in its class.

Application-driven design includes a zero turning radius, which provides access to narrow aisles and tight overhead spaces.

JLG offers a lithium-ion battery option for this model to offer fast charging. Operators also can add optional features such as the CleanGuard™ leak containment system for working on sensitive flooring and the SkySense™ detection system that helps protect workers and property.

ClearSky Smart Fleet™ comes standard on the ES4046 electric scissor lift to allow for fleet tracking.

All scissor lifts are equipped with a variable tilt system that allows working heights in relation to the degree of tilt. The variable tilt functionality applies only to side-to-side tilt.

5. JLG Toucan 12E+ Mast Boom Lift

The JLG Toucan 12E+ electric mast boom lift, designed to deliver enhanced maneuverability and outreach performance in narrow and congested indoor environments, will also be featured on the stand.

Combining compact dimensions with a versatile articulating jib, the Toucan 12E+ provides a working height of 12.65 m and up to 6.20 m of outreach, allowing operators to work up, around and over obstacles with precision.

This model’s zero-emission, near-silent electric drive system makes it ideal for maintenance, industrial, retail and fit-out applications. Features such as 345° mast rotation, powered platform rotation and full-height drive capability are designed to support productivity in confined spaces.

Power Towers Low-Level Access Solutions

JLG Power Towers will have a range of its compact low-level access products on the stand.

6. Power Tower Duo

The Power Tower Duo is an electric mobile work platform designed to support elevated work for two operators indoors and one operator outdoors up to 5.0 m.

Combining a large working platform, smooth electric controls and robust stabilisation, it supports efficient low-level access across construction, facilities management, maintenance and installation environments.

Its push-around design and patented stabilizer deployment systems support positioning for elevated tasks, while compact dimensions allow the machine to fit through standard doorways and move efficiently between work areas.

JLG Power Tower Duo is designed for teams requiring shared indoor access or flexible indoor and outdoor operation using a single platform.

7. Nano 30CS and Power Tower CS

The Nano 30CS and Power Tower CS are push-around, low-level access platforms that offer a compact, lightweight access solution for ceiling works, maintenance and internal fit-outs.

Their small platform allows access through 60-cm x 60-cm ceiling tiles, while the guarded deck and ground-level emergency lowering support safe working at height.

8. Nano 35

Nano 35 is a low-level electric mast lift designed to provide compact elevated access for indoor tasks up to 5.5 m.

Offering the tallest working height in the Power Towers range, Nano 35 combines smooth electric operation with a compact footprint to support efficient elevated work across maintenance, construction and fit-out environments.

Its push-around design allows operators to move easily between tasks, while the 200-kg safe working load supports tools, equipment and materials during elevated work.

Compact enough to pass through standard doorways, Nano 35 is suitable for facilities management, warehousing, commercial maintenance and indoor installation projects where additional working height is required in confined spaces.

9. Ecolift

Ecolift is a mobile manual access platform designed to provide operators with efficient low-level access for indoor elevated tasks up to 4.2 m.

Featuring a greater working height than Pecolift, Ecolift supports reactive maintenance, installation and property maintenance tasks while remaining simple to operate and easy to manoeuvre.

Its patented manual lifting mechanism removes the need for batteries, charging or hydraulic oil, helping support continuous operation across multiple shifts with minimal maintenance requirements.

Compact and manoeuvrable, Ecolift is suitable for construction, facilities management, plumbing, painting and decorating, machinery maintenance and indoor property maintenance applications.

10. AUSA C251H Forklift

The most advanced, high-tech, safest and easiest to maintain in its class. Hydrostatic and with a 2.5-tonne payload.

Access all of the information in real time from a digital screen next to the steering wheel: speed, temperature, alarms, sensors and so on. Operators can interact with it using the cab´s joystick and run self-diagnostics on the unit.

Make savings with EcoMode, the system that automatically controls the engine´s RPM, to offer the greatest power with the lowest consumption and the lowest emissions.

Experience 360º visibility from the driver´s cab, with a 30% increase in outside visibility compared to the previous model.

Additionally, with the Hill Holder system, the forklift remains fully stationary on any slope when operators take their foot off the accelerator.

11. AUSA T164E Telehandler

Electric, powerful, all-terrain. The T164E electric telehandler is the perfect vehicle for material lifting tasks with no CO2 emissions.

It has been designed with sufficient capacity for a complete day of work without needing to be recharged. With the integrated charging cable, it can be connected directly to an electrical network through three charging options: 110V, 230V or 415V with a fast charger.

An ideal vehicle for working in emission-free spaces, such as greenhouses, municipal works carried out at night, indoors, etc.

With a power of 18.6 kW and excellent off-road capability, it can work on difficult terrain and gradients of up to 32%.
