Following the recent announcement that Niftylift has been nominated for 'Equipment Supplier of the Year', we are very pleased to announce that the new Niftylift HR15 Hybrid has been shortlisted for 'Product of the Year' at the Hire Association Europe's (HAE) Hire Awards of Excellence 2015.

The HR15 Hybrid, which was launched in May 2014 and based on Niftylift's award winning 15m Diesel-only 4x4 boom, builds on the advantages of the previous model with some significant additions.

Weighing just 4,800kg the HR15 Hybrid still delivers a working height of 15.7m, or an impressive outreach of 9.4m.

Add to this Nifty ToughCage with multi award-winning SiOPS® as standard, compact dimensions, an excellent turning circle, and already impressive, but it's the environmentally conscious Hybrid power system that really steals the show.

An efficient, power-optimised TIER IV compliant engine, supported by the machine's battery pack when extra power is needed, allows the HR15 Hybrid to maintain power and performance while reducing fuel consumption for maximum efficiency.

Diesel Re-Gen recharges the batteries without a mains power source, giving a 'fast-charge' (up to twice as fast as mains charging) whenever the machine is idle and the engine running.

An electric-only mode allows zero-emission operation making it ideal for indoor use, as non-marking tyres are standard, or for quiet, clean applications.

Lastly, an Advanced Exhaust Purification system, including catalytic converter, significantly reduces exhaust emissions (particulates reduced by 30%, Hydrocarbons reduced by 80% & Carbon Monoxide reduced by 90%), making the HR15 Hybrid the environmentally conscious choice in the market today.

The winner will be announced at the Hire Awards of Excellence which is to be held at '8 Northumberland Ave' in London on the 18th April 2015.

Best of luck to all finalists.
