Following this year’s IPAF Summit and International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs) held in Dubai on March 6th, Hybeko, Authorized Genie Distributors in Norway is proud to announce that its Hybeko Tunnel 3390 RT Lift was named ‘Product of the Year’ in the Scissor Lifts and Vertical Masts category. “This is a unique machine, based on a Genie^® GS^™-3390 RT scissor lift this is engineered to meet the particular demands of tunnel and general construction work. It creates a machine that helps contractors work safely and productively on challenging sites,” said the judges.

With the conditional approval of Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and in compliancy with the latest European EN 280 guidelines, the Hybeko Tunnel 3390 RT Lift is a robust, versatile and highly productive low-emissions solution. Purpose-designed for tunneling as well as construction applications, it combines two modes of operation that are interchangeable at the click of a switch.

Key specifications and features include minimal exhaust emissions - max. working heights of 8 m or 11.94 m (26 ft 2 in or 39 ft) - a lift capacity of up to 1,134 kg (2,500 lb) - the choice of 45/29 sec or 32/19 sec platform raise/lower speeds, and an extra-large platform for up to seven people. To adapt to tunneling applications, a cable drum on stand, towing support and air/water to platform hose feature among a wide selection of other options and accessories.
