New Lithium-Ion Battery: Milestone for Entire Field of Intralogistics
For the first time Jungheinrich presented its lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 110, 240 and 360 ampere-hours in combination with mass-produced trucks, including pedestrian controlled forklifts, platform trucks and order pickers. At the Stuttgart-based tradeshow Jungheinrich presented its entire range of industrial trucks and intralogistics solutions. Highlights included the new ECE 220/225 horizontal order picker and the company’s series 5 tow tractors with towing capacity of between seven and nine tonnes, comprising the type EZS 570, 580 and 590 tow tractors.

Further attractions included the ERC 215a auto pallet mover, the 5-series tow tractors, LRK lift racking and the EKX 410 narrow-aisle forklift with warehouse navigation.
