The need of fast and effective service and support

With the increase of technology in precision farming and electronic solutions, the farmers are in need of fast and effective service and support. When farmers face a problem in the field they expect a solution as fast as possible from the dealer or manufacturer. In some cases the response can be slow due to traveling time and communication between different stakeholders. This causes loss of time and money for the farmer. When remote support is available from the tractor manufacturer, the focus is not on the implement and is not covering all machines range, even when supplied from the same manufacturer.

The farmer can allow his dealer, sales company or factory direct access to his terminal and machines via Wi-Fi in order to solve the problem in an efficient way. It helps the dealer to diagnose and find solutions on the spot, faster and in a simpler way. The tool includes clear and user friendly design, multi-language support, Automatic downloads of software, release notes, documentation and many other features.

Availability

IsoMatch TopRemote will be available in 2016 via Kverneland Group sales companies, representing Kverneland or Vicon machinery.
