JCB Agriculture Expands Range with Compact Excavator Offer

JCB Agriculture is adding eight compact crawler excavators to its range to meet growing customer demand. The machines will be sold and supported through a network of more than 60 JCB Agriculture dealers across the UK.

The models available will be micro and mini excavators from 0.8-2.8 tonnes. The range includes conventional and zero tailswing designs and machines available with fixed and expanding track frames.

Comprehensive Range

JCB Agriculture will offer both the 8008 CTS and 8010 CTS Micro excavators, which are capable of working in the most confined areas. The two machines, weighing 800kg and 1,000kg respectively, have a travel width of just 700mm, allowing easy passage through a standard doorway.

JCB’s proven 1.5-2.0 tonne models, including the 8014 CTS, 8016 CTS, 8018 CTS and the 8020 CTS deliver the power to perform a wide range of operations, using standard buckets or powered attachments. The two smaller models use a fixed width undercarriage, while the larger, more powerful excavators have a hydraulically extending track frame. This delivers exceptional stability for lifting and working with heavier work tools.

At the top of the JCB mini excavator line-up, the 8025 ZTS and 8026 CTS deliver the power and performance of much larger models, yet can still be transported behind a 4x4 or pick-up within a 3.5 tonne towing capacity. The 8026 CTS has a conventional tailswing, for maximum lifting and digging performance, while the 8025 ZTS has been designed with a zero tailswing counterweight, to allow operation in the tightest confines.
