More flexibility for trailed sprayers

John Deere is unveiling two noteworthy updates for the M900(i) and R900i Series trailed sprayers at Agritechnica 2017.

The new TwinSelect Auto control software allows the sprayer to switch automatically between two different spray nozzles during spraying, depending on the forward speed and application rate. This feature is ideal for jobs such as variable rate liquid fertilising, where a wide range of application rates may be necessary in different areas of the field.

In addition, the new ISOBUS Aux Sprayer Control has been updated to allow the use of third-party ISOBUS joysticks. This system is designed for customers who already own some ISOBUS equipment and do not want to add further control monitors in the cab.
